Graduation Card

     With spring and another year of school coming to the end, I thought I would share this idea for a graduation card.  I prefer to do grad cards in the school colors of the grad.  The sentiment is from the Pure Gumption Stamp Set (retired set from Stampin' Up!).  The Scalloped Tag Punch is also from Stampin' Up!
