Wedding Waterfall Card
This past weekend we were at our nephew's wedding and their colors were purple and gold so after much decision making, I decided to put this card together for them. It uses the waterfall technique.
Materials used are as follows:
Stampin' Up!:
Whisper White card stock
Occasional Quotes stamp set (retired) "Congratulations on your Wedding Day: on the pull out and "Love begins in a moment..." inside the card.
1" Square punch
Non Stampin' Up!:
Purple card stock
Wedding stamp set
Black "Congratulations ribbon
Heart brads
Golden yellow embossed card stock
I hope this inspires you to try making a special wedding card.
The card base is 51/2" x 81/2" and scored at 41/4"
The mat is 51/4" x 4"
Pull out mechanism is 2" x 9" and scored at 2", 2-3/4", 3-1/2" and 41/4"
Mounting strip is 3/4" x 4"
Mat on pull out is 1-3/4" x 41/4".
White squares are 2", Embossed yellow squares are 13/4" squares. The stamped squares are 1".
The white mat inside the card is 51/4" x 4".
