This is a gift card holder I made for a friend. It is a 5" square. The layers are as follows::
White squares are 43/4", 41/4" and 33/4".
The orange squares are 5", 41/2" and 4".
For the front piece, I stamped the image and sentiment on tissue paper, scrunched the tissue paper and then glued it to the smallest white piece. I then added a green monarch butterfly. I want to thank Brandy Cox for sharing this tissue paper technique. The other two white squares are embossed with the Cuttlebug swirl embossing folder. The large square base is 5" x 12" and scored at 5" and 10". There are 2 white 43/4" pieces inside. Each stamped with a coordinating stamp. The pocket for the gift card is adhered to the inside with 1/8" wide score tape. Have fun making one. This size fits a Superstore gift card with the sleeve attached to it.
